Virtuoso now provides speedy searches for light or heavy CRM users

Virtuoso has always been a fantastic tool for performing speedy searches for client-specific files from your CRM. Now, folks who are not constant users of their contact management system can still get the same great search benefits from Virtuoso.

We’ve added a setting to Virtuoso that allows individual users to determine whether they want their Virtuoso searches integrated with your CRM. This is a per-user setting, so for those in your firm who frequently do work inside your CRM, nothing will change.

Here's how it works:

In Virtuoso, adjust your individual settings to not use the firm-wide CRM (right-click on the Virtuoso icon in your system tray and select “Settings”):

Note: For firms that use multiple CRMs, users can also select their own, different CRM.

With the CRM setting disabled, users can select the same Virtuoso buttons as their peers. The only difference is they’ll be prompted to select the desired client from the Worldox list Simply type the client they wish to search for, and Virtuoso takes it from there to execute the search.

This is a great feature for folks that do not “live inside of” their CRM as much as their peers. Now both heavy and light CRM users alike can use the same Virtuoso buttons in the way that works best for them!
