Law firms and other organizations that manage a lot of contracts and other transactional documents now have a solution that bridges the gap between their document management system and their eSignature software, ensuring that ALL signed documents are returned to the system of record. In advance of the LegalTech New York, NetDocuments® and DocuSign® announced the integration of their products, thanks to Trumpet’s new middleware, called SignatureBridge.
With SignatureBridge for NetDocuments and DocuSign, organizations can check out and route documents for electronic signature from within NetDocuments. DocuSign manages the capture of digital signatures. SignatureBridge keeps track of the eSignature status, so that users can instantly identify documents that are awaiting signature, along with the status of those signatures. Once all signatures have been captured, SignatureBridge updates the status and checks the document back into NetDocuments.
Making sure that ALL signed documents are checked back into the document management system represents the ‘last mile’ that documents sometimes fail to cross on their way to approval and execution. SignatureBridge takes care of that final step automatically.
Trumpet will sell SignatureBridge to NetDocuments and DocuSign customers through its network of distribution partners. For more information, contact Will Stagl, Trumpet Channel Marketing Manager at 480-961-6003 x1014 or via email at sales@trumpetinc.com.
